  • Storage on the go: The Craft Carrier is a one-piece black polypropylene frame that holds two WestonBoxes A4 storage boxes securely for transport — to a craft class, a workshop, a friend's house, or between rooms. No separate bag needed.
  • Lids retained during transit: When an A4 box is inserted into the Craft Carrier, built-in hook features on the frame hold the lid in place — contents cannot fall out during transport even if the carrier is tilted or moved around. This is the key difference between the Craft Carrier and simply carrying boxes by hand.
  • Impact resistant frame: The Craft Carrier is made from impact-resistant polypropylene — robust enough to protect the boxes and their contents during everyday transport.
  • Easy to clean: The smooth polypropylene construction wipes clean easily — practical for classroom and studio environments where the carrier gets regular use. No small parts and suitable for all ages.

What are the dimensions of the WestonBoxes Craft Carrier and what does it hold?

The Craft Carrier measures 330 x 270 x 130mm externally and holds two standard WestonBoxes A4 storage boxes. The boxes slide in from the top and the frame holds them securely side by side for transport.

How are the lids kept in place during transport?

The Craft Carrier has built-in hook features that retain the lid of each A4 box when it is inserted into the frame. This means the lids cannot come off during transit even if the carrier is tilted or moved around — contents stay secure without needing to clip or fasten anything. When the boxes are removed from the frame the lids return to their normal drop-on function.

Can I use the Craft Carrier with boxes I already own?

Yes — the Craft Carrier frame is compatible with any standard WestonBoxes A4 storage box. It is also available in a separate listing with two Crafty Tool Boxes included. It is not compatible with A4 Slim or A4 Clip Lid boxes as these have different external dimensions.

S.B.Weston Ltd has been manufacturing precision injection moulded products in south west London since 1948 — originally from a factory in Teddington, then on Platts Eyot, a small island in the Thames, before moving to our own factory premises in Sunbury-on-Thames in 2002.
