A. Email a photo to contact@westonboxes.com - we will refund or replace any boxes broken in transit.
Q. I've received the wrong items what should I do?
A. If you receive the wrong products due to a mistake on our part we will offer them to you at a discounted rate or arrange a return collection at our expense. The correct product will then be shipped to you free of charge.
Q. I've received the items but no longer want them, what should I do?
If you have product that you wish to return but no error has been made by us, we expect you to arrange and pay the return shipping charge. Once we receive the product back at S.B.Weston Ltd, in re-sellable condition we will action a full refund of the original order.
