Crafty Tool Box β frequently asked questions
What are the dimensions of the WestonBoxes Crafty Tool Box and what does it hold?
The Crafty Tool Box measures 312 x 225 x 58mm externally and 304 x 216 x 55mm internally β the same footprint as the standard WestonBoxes A4 box. The base has fixed moulded dividers: one full-length compartment for pens, pencils, and long-handled brushes, one larger compartment, and six equal square compartments for small craft supplies. The lid is 48mm deep and can double as a work tray.
What can I store in the Crafty Tool Box?
The compartment layout makes the Crafty Tool Box ideal for organising beads, sequins, small paint pots, buttons, embellishments, and other small craft supplies in the square compartments, with pens, pencils, paintbrushes, craft knives, and rulers in the full-length compartment. Popular in schools and classrooms where individual tool sets need to be distributed and collected efficiently.
Are the dividers removable in the Crafty Tool Box?
No β the dividers are fixed and moulded directly into the base of the box. They cannot be rearranged or removed. The layout is designed to accommodate a typical range of craft tools and small supplies, but if you need a fully flexible internal layout the standard WestonBoxes A4 box may be a better choice.
What material is the WestonBoxes Crafty Tool Box made from?
The Crafty Tool Box is made from clear PP5 polypropylene β a chemically inert, recyclable plastic that is acid-free, moisture-resistant, and durable. The transparent construction means you can see the contents of every compartment without opening the box.
Where is the WestonBoxes Crafty Tool Box made?
The Crafty Tool Box is designed, manufactured, and quality-checked at our factory in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey. S.B.Weston Ltd has been manufacturing precision injection moulded products in south west London since 1948 β originally from a factory in Teddington, then on Platts Eyot, a small island in the Thames, before moving to our own factory premises in Sunbury-on-Thames in 2002. When you buy a WestonBoxes product, it is genuinely made in Britain β not just branded here.
